Accounts

Some WNYPress services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Prices and billing terms are displayed before purchase or provided in an applicable proposal, project, invoice, or service agreement.

Recurring services continue according to the billing terms presented when the service is purchased until canceled or otherwise terminated.

Third-party products and services may be subject to separate pricing and terms established by their respective providers.

Software and Intellectual Property

WNYPress software, website designs, documentation, branding, graphics, code, and other materials remain the property of WNYPress or their respective licensors except where ownership is expressly transferred in writing.

Purchasing a software license or service does not transfer ownership of WNYPress software or intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-Party Services

WNYPress services may integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms and providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and pricing.

WNYPress is not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, or other actions of independent third-party providers.

Acceptable Use

Use of WNYPress services is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Availability

We work to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party failures, Internet disruptions, security incidents, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WNYPress will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
